DVRHS Athletic Hall of Fame
*On an every other year schedule, nomination forms need to be returned by May 30th to be considered for induction the following fall. The first year deadline would be May 30th, 2017 for a fall 2017 induction. The next cycle would be in 2019.
*Nomination forms will be kept on file for 5 years.
*We would induct members every other year starting from it’s inception. This keeps it easier to run administratively and also keeps the number of inductees at an appropriate level for the first several years.
*Mail completed nomination forms to: DVRHS, Hall of Fame Committee, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ 08825. Attention: Hall of Fame Committee
*A committee of current DVRHS employees with a minimum of five years of head coaching experience in a sport will be formed for voting purposes.
*Voting would take place every other year in June and the induction would in the fall at the first home football game.
*I would guess that the inaugural class would be a larger group and include our most noteworthy athlete(s), coach(es), team(s), etc.
*Costs would include the plaques and running the dinner, should we choose to have a dinner.
*Plaques would given to the inductee before one of our home football games.
*The hall of fames inductees would be display on our website and digital diplays.
