• DVVB encourages all players to stay in shape in the off-season and to prepare themselves for a healthy and happy season in the fall. 

    These workouts are all optional, but a great way to prepare for the upcoming season. 

    This year, we will also be offering open gyms on Wednesdays for players to come, play, bond, and work on both specific skills and fun gameplay. You must sign up ahead of each session and have a WAIVER OF LIABILITY on file with the coach at all times in order to participate.
