Upcoming Event~ ***Improbable Players Assembly*** ~Thursday, April 9th, 2020 @ 9:15 am for 11th and 12th Graders
Improbable Players uses theater performances & workshops to address addiction, alcoholism, and the opioid epidemic. Their performances are 25-45 minutes long followed by a talkback/Q&A. Our workshops give students the space and tools to combat social pressures and find coping strategies that work for them. Their plays are based on true stories and performed by people in recovery. They have touring troupes in New England, NY & NJ, and Cleveland OH!
DelVal will host our annual Improbable Players Assemby on Thursday, April 9th at 9:15 am for the 11th and 12th Grade classes.
The play that the they will see is called "I'll Never Do That". This play addresses who alcoholism/addiction affects and how we cope; substance use disorder is a family disease.
