APPLICATION PACKET FOR ENTERTAINERS

The DELAWARE VALLEY REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL proudly presents the DelVal Diamond Jubilee Jamboree. This community event features live entertainment, delicious food, local community organizations, entertainers, fireworks, and fun-filled activities for the entire family!
Are you a local rock star? Can you face paint? Are you a balloon or caricature artist? Can you do magic tricks? Do you entertain at children’s birthday parties? If so, we invite YOU to be an integral part of our celebration!
WHEN: Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 2:00pm-8:30pm (Rain Date: May 17, 2020)
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Due no later than April 30, 2020. *Entertainers will be determined at the discretion of Delaware Valley Regional High School.
DISCLAIMER: The Delaware Valley Regional High School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals for entertainment on school property that it deems to be inappropriate or not in the best interest of the Board of Education, the school district, or pupils.
Please return your application packet as soon as possible; entertainers’ performance times will be determined on a first come, first served basis.
LOCATION: Delaware Valley Regional High School Football Stadium, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ 08825
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be reported by May 1, 2020
PERFORMANCE LENGTH: Stage performances may not to exceed thirty (30) minutes. All other entertainment will be permitted throughout the entire event (2:00 – 8:30pm)
For stage performances: Set-up will be permitted fifteen (15) minutes prior to the performance time, with the exception of the first act of the day which will have thirty (30) minutes for set-up. Late performers will need to end the performance at the regularly scheduled time regardless.
For general entertainment: Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm
For all: Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas by 1:30pm
Delaware Valley Regional High School is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
For stage performances: Immediately following performance
General entertainment: By Sunday, May 17, 2020, 10:30am (May 17 rain date tear down by Monday, May 18)
ELECTRICITY: Electricity for stage performances only will be provided. You will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords.
