2022/2023 District Goals:

1. Listen and Learn: To establish myself as the educational leader of the district by supporting the professional growth and development of the administrative team and instructional staff members while developing collaborative relationships with all stakeholders in the five communities that we serve.
2. Collaborate and Construct: To conduct a thorough review of student programming, school environment, and achievement data to establish goals for future growth and continual improvement.
3. Implement and Improve: Utilize findings from the analysis of student programming, school environment, and achievement data to establish action plans that align curriculum planning, professional development, and appropriate staff that can be supported by a responsive school budget.
