    Kindergarten Registration

    Students must be five years of age on or before October 1st of each school year in order to be enrolled in Kindergarten. 

    Kindergarten screenings take place in the Spring.

    For your information, New Jersey State Law requires the following immunizations for students who are enrolling in kindergarten:

     

    PLEASE NOTE:  Between September 1 and December 31 of the school year, any child who is 59 months of age or younger MUST receive an annual flu shot.  You will be asked to supply this information during that time period.  Children who have turned 60 months of age before December 31 of the school year are NOT REQUIRED to get a flu shot, but the Department of Education strongly recommends this practice.  

     

    REGISTERING STUDENTS IN GRADES 1 -8

    Students must be six years of age on or before October 1 of the school year to be enrolled in Grade 1.  If applicable, all “transfer” students must supply a transfer card listing the student’s NJ Department of Education student identification number.  

    NJ familycare is a federal and state funded health insurance program created to help qualified New Jersey residents of any age have access to affordable health insurance. NJ familycare is for people who do not have employer insurance.
