I would like to WELCOME everyone back to school and I hope you had a wonderful and healthy summer!

I am a graduate of Mt. St. Mary College with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Elementary/Special Education.  Additionally, I earned a Master’s degree in Guidance from St. Peter’s University. This will be my 9th year teaching.  I have previously taught at Woodrow Wilson School in Bayonne, NJ and last year was my first year at Alexandria Township, in which I was the 6th grade co-teacher, softball coach and ski club chaperone. I am excited to embark on this new journey where I will be the 2nd grade co-teacher and the Guidance Counselor for LDW.

My goal for the upcoming school year is to ensure that your student grows academically but also socially and emotionally.  Second grade is an exciting time in a student's life and it is my intent to provide them with a positive, supportive, productive, and rewarding school year.  The general education teachers and I will be co-teaching using creative techniques to reach each student's educational and individual needs. I will also be working with all teachers and students to help foster their social/emotional needs and to establish an open relationship with parent and teacher.

I anticipate a successful year with your child and look forward to working with you to support and enrich your child’s academic and social emotional growth to ensure that they have the skills necessary to help them cope and succeed in their future.

If you should have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me at any time throughout the school year.
