     Mental Health Counselor/Case Manager
Advisor for Bring Change To Mind National Club
     (908) 996-2131 ext. 6907
Like our nurse Mrs. Hendershot is here to help you and talk with you about taking care of your physical health, I’m here to help you strike a healthy balance with your mental health and well being.
I work very closely with the counseling department and our SAC Mrs. Eckhardt and am part of the Child Study Team as well.

As the Mental Health Counselor I come into the classrooms for various programs and provide group and individual counseling.

Groups that I run include but are not limited to Mental Health and Coping Skills, Mindfulness, grief support, and family issues – including substance abuse and separation or divorce.

I also provide individual counseling and strategies for help with:
    Self harm
    Bullying or peer issues
    Self esteem
    Strategies for ADD/ADHD
    Family issues
    Anger management

I’m also here if you have concerns about your own or a friends safety and can help you navigate through how to get help for yourself or your friend, which I strongly encourage you to do.
I’m happy to meet with you either in person or virtually.  Just shoot me an email and we can set something up.

I wish you a happy, safe and successful year!  Remember, you are never alone.
