• The Frenchtown School District accepts federal funding through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA).  This funding program was reauthorized in January of 2001 by President George W. Bush and was known as No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
     
    Pursuant to the requirements for the funding, the district is required to ensure Parental Involvement in the planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs funded through ESEA.
