The Jazz Band meets from December to June after school and is made up of students that are selected through an audition process.

Golden Regiment Marching Band – One of the most popular ensembles and most rewarding co-curricular offerings at Del Val. Made up of woodwinds, brass, percussion, and color guard members, the Golden Regiment performs at football games, community events, and competes in US Bands competitions all over New Jersey. The Marching Band rehearses after school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-9:00pm, and Saturdays, while typically attending competitions and performances on Fridays and Saturdays.

Vox Blue - An auditioned competitive a cappella ensemble that covers contemporary music of different genres, in the style of a cappella, or singing without any instrumental accompaniment, with an emphasis on competing in local, state, national, and international a cappella competitions. Hosted by Varsity Vocals, Vox Blue competes annually in the International Championship of High School A Cappella every spring. This competition is the high school version of the competition from the movie Pitch Perfect!. This ensemble performs at the Annual Winter Concert, District Arts Festival, and Spring Concert, as well as additional performances as they become available to the director. This ensemble meets twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school in addition to extra rehearsals as needed and selected Unit Lunch periods.

Terrier Tones -  A tenor/bass voice, a cappella ensemble that covers contemporary music of different genres, including barbershop, in the style of a cappella, or singing without any instrumental accompaniment. This ensemble performs at the Annual Winter Concert, District Arts Festival, and Spring Concert, and currently meets once a week on Mondays after school and select Unit Lunch periods.

Musical Pit Orchestra - A select group of student instrumentalists that meet after school from January to March. Students in the Pit Orchestra are selected by Mr. Hayden, the Orchestral Director of the Musical, through an audition, and play in the pit along with professional instrumentalists. This is one of Del Val's most successful co-curricular offerings.
