The DELAWARE VALLEY REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL proudly presents the DelVal Diamond Jubilee Jamboree. This community event features live entertainment, delicious food, local community organizations, vendors, fireworks, and fun-filled activities for the entire family!
If you operate a food truck or would like to showcase your business or organization by reserving event space, we invite YOU to be an integral part of our celebration!
WHEN: Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 2:00pm-8:30pm (Rain Date: May 17, 2020)
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Due no later than April 30, 2020.
*Vendors will be determined by the discretion of Delaware Valley Regional High School. Direct sales/multi-level marketing vendors will not be considered. Please return your application packet as soon as possible; limited vendor spaces are available and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
LOCATION: Delaware Valley Regional High School Football Stadium, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ 08825
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds issued after April 15, 2020
SET-UP: Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm *Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas by 1:30pm. Delaware Valley Regional High School is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
TEAR DOWN: By Sunday, May 17, 2020, 10:30am (May 17 rain date tear down by Monday, May 18)
TENT/BOOTH: Vendors and/or Community Groups will have a 10’x10’ space around the DVRHS track. Vendor must keep all items contained to their designated space. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, wares, promotional and/or display items, etc. Any vendor selling or providing food will require a food license.
FOOD TRUCKS: Vendors will be assigned appropriate space. Vendor must keep all items contained to their designated space. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own supplies and materials. Food license is required and fire inspections will occur on the day of the event.
FOOD LICENSE: Download a copy of the Township of Alexandria's Application for Retail Food Establishment License.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity will not be provided.

Commercial Vendor – $100 ($0 for Platinum or Gold Level Sponsors) for 10’x10’ space along DVRHS track
Community Group or Nonprofit Vendor – Free for a 10’x10’ space along DVRHS track
Food Truck – Free (Alexandria Township will also waive $100 Board of Health Fee for Temporary Food License)
